OCAP SUPPLY was founded in 1968. At that time we were known as Orange County Appliance Parts. OCAP has been serving the needs of Orange County from its Garden Grove location for 40 years.
When Orange County Appliance Parts opened in 1968, we sold only appliance parts. In the 60’s, a washer & dryer were going for about $400 each. When you paid that much for an appliance, you’d pay for a repair before discarding it. Things have changed!
As the 70’s approached, it made sense that OCAP would sell more than just appliance parts. Our founder started selling furnace motors, valves, thermostats and other heating supplies. HVACR parts and equipment were added.
Changes
in the real estate market have ushered in an increased demand for
rentals. This in turn has been a catalyst for apartment upgrades. OCAP
can meet the needs of large, or small property management companies,
apartment owners, and rental owners, when it comes to replacement or
upgrades. We are also open to the public. OCAP sells everything from
lighting & electrical, to plumbing supplies & major appliances.

Over the years, OCAP SUPPLY has adapted to changes in both the market
place and in our industry. As a result, our diverse product offering
includes parts and equipment in these areas: Major Appliances, Property
Management, HVACR, & Commercial Cooking.
